This Privacy Policy explains how MTdevelopment 2025 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Stoic365 mobile application (“App”).
Stoic365 is a daily self-improvement and reflection app based on Stoic principles. We are committed to being transparent about how the App works and how user data is handled.
Stoic365 is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account.

We do not collect, transmit, or store your reflection entries, progress data, or settings on our own servers.
At this time, Stoic365 does not provide account registration, cloud sync, or a developer-operated backend for user data.
Stoic365 can send local reminders, such as morning and evening reminders, if you choose to enable notifications. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
If notifications are disabled by you or denied at the operating system level, the App will not send reminder notifications.
Stoic365 may offer premium content or features through in-app purchases, such as a one-time Pro unlock. Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store or other platform provider, not directly by us.
We do not receive your full payment card details. We may only receive purchase status information needed to unlock premium functionality in the App.

We take reasonable steps to design the App in a privacy-conscious way, including minimizing data collection and storing core user content locally on the device whenever possible. However, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If you use the App from outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, you understand that applicable platform providers may process certain technical or transaction-related data according to their own systems and policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
